The BioOptiX project is an intelligent, multi-module system for real-time monitoring, analysis, and optimization of bioreactor processes. The software is designed by integrating multi-objective optimization algorithms (such as NSGA-II), machine learning models, digital twins, and interactive graphics systems. Users can monitor system performance in real time and extract the most optimal operating conditions by importing process data or connecting to live data from PLCs. BioOptiX is a flexible, scalable tool that can be used in academic research, bioindustries, and innovation centers.

AuditTwin is an intelligent, industrial software for audit management, traceability and reporting to regulatory agencies; designed to enable businesses to record their operational data without additional complexity and achieve a standardized, transparent and defensible output in minutes. The core of AuditTwin is an intelligent system based on the “Digital Twin”; that is, the software does not just store data, but also creates a live and analytical view of the process status from it. By recording inputs, process events and outputs, the software automatically provides an accurate picture of the actual production status and simultaneously checks the data consistency. The result is that hidden errors, weight discrepancies and risk points are identified before they become serious problems. One of the distinctive features of AuditTwin is the “Smart Compliance Report”; An intelligent report that seamlessly covers four key layers:

1) Digital Twin Snapshot to display the actual status and potential discrepancies,

2) Audit Rules to automatically assess compliance and declare OK / Warning / Critical statuses,

3) Forecast to predict risk trends based on process data patterns,

4) Trace Map to display the complete evidence path from Inputs to Processing and Outputs.

DistTwinApp (Version 1) is an Operational Digital Twin software for managing distribution data, monitoring performance indicators, recording events, and generating management reports. Designed with a decision-support approach, the product helps operational teams quickly assess system status and prioritize corrective actions with dashboards, structured reports, trend charts, and Snapshot Compare capabilities.

RouteTwin V 1.0 is a decision-making software for distribution operations management designed with a Digital Twin perspective; that is, it collects real-time operational data, calculates indicators, and helps you make faster and more accurate decisions.
